Description

4titude polypropylene wells, polycarbonate frame, cut corners A24 and P24; working volume: <30μl, total well capacity: 55μl; designed for use on the Roche LightCycler® 480 with 384 well block. The dimensions of these plates are designed to achieve optimized assay conditions on the Roche LightCycler® 480, and are in a 384 well format for reaction volumes of up to 30μl. The rigid two-component design eliminates warping and distortion during the PCR process, making it ideal for use with robotic systems.
